Return Policy Overview

At Javedify Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition as received
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Item must not have any signs of wear, alteration, or damage
  • Initiate return within 7 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Intimate wear including lingerie, shapewear, and swimwear
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Items without original tags or packaging

How to Initiate a Return

Login to your account

Go to "My Orders" and select the order you want to return

Select items to return

Choose the items and reason for return

Schedule pickup

Select a convenient date for our courier partner to pick up the item

Pack and handover

Pack the item securely and hand it over to the courier

Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item, our quality check team will inspect it within 48 hours
  • If the item passes inspection, we will initiate your refund
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • For COD orders, refund will be processed to your bank account

Refund Methods

Original Payment Method: If you paid by card/UPI/wallet, refund will be credited back to the same source

Bank Transfer: For COD orders, we require your bank details for NEFT transfer

Store Credit: You can opt for store credit which can be used for future purchases

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos of the damaged/defective area
  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund
  • No return shipping charges for damaged/defective items

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color:

  • Return the original item following the return process
  • Place a new order for the desired item
  • This ensures you get the item quickly without waiting
