1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Javedify Shop, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the website or use any services.

2. Use of Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the website. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our website.

3. Products and Pricing

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice at any time.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

4. Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

5. Payment Terms

We accept various payment methods including Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD). By placing an order, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partners. We do not store your complete card information on our servers.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship only within India. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, not the date of order. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 7-day return policy for most items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Certain items are non-returnable including intimate wear, custom-made products, and items marked as final sale.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

8. Intellectual Property

The website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Javedify Shop and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Javedify Shop, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
